• Resumen

  A partir de los años '90, retomando el enfoque de los clásicos de la economía incorporada a la sociedad y el euestionamiento a las explicaciones exclusivamente macroestructurales con un fuerte descentramiento del sujeto, adquieren centralidad en la historiografía rural de Córdoba los interrogantes acerca de quiénes eran los sujetos agrarios y qué clase de vida hacían. En el marco de estos deslizamientos historiográfícos, este trabajo estudia algunas dimensiones de la vida material de los productores -alimentación, agua, vivienda, salud, educación, seguridad personal y patrimonial, comunicaciones-, que con su esfuerzo cotidiano sustentaron la expansión de las fuerzas productivas en la Córdoba de entre siglos, desentrañando la compleja y evasiva conexión entre las vivencias cotidianas de los sujetos históricos y los grandes cambios y permanencias del pasado.

• Abstract

  From the 1990's, the queries about who the agrarian subjects vvere and what kind of life they led acquired central importance to the rural historiography in Córdoba, resuming the view of the classics about cconomy embedded in society and questioning the solely macro-structural explanations with a marked dccentering of the subject. In the framework of these h istor i ograph i ca 1 shifts, this paper focuses on some dimensions of the material life ofproducers (water, food, housing, health, education, personal and patrimonial security. communications), who sustained the expansión of the productive forces in the period mentioned above, thus disentangling the complex and circuítous connections between the day-to-day experiences of the histórica! subjects and the greaí changes and permanencies of the past.
