NIVELES Y DIMENSIONES DE ANÁLISIS EN EL MUNDO DEL TRABAJO: NOTAS A PARTIR DE UNA EXPERIENCIA DE INVESTIGACIÓN

Resumen
El objetivo de estas notas es reflexionar sobre los dilemas de la historia laboral en nuestro país, a la luz de los debates más recientes en este campo. El punto de partida es mi experiencia de investigación sobre el mundo del trabajo en las fábricas de Berisso y sus derivaciones. Se presta atención a las escalas de análisis y a diferentes dimensiones presentes en el desarrollo de la pesquisa. Además se incorporan algunas cuestiones relacionadas con el examen de los procesos y organización del trabajo, las relaciones de género, las diferencias étniconacionales y las formas de representar el trabajo en Argentina durante el siglo XX.

The aim of these notes is to think about the dilemmas of the labour history of our country, taking in to account the recent debates our labour history. The point of departure is my own experience in the research of the working worid in Berisso's factories. We pay special attention to the scale analysis and to the different dimensions that are present in the development of the research. In addition to this, we include some issues related to the examination of the processes and the organization of the work in the factories, the gender relationships, the ethnic and racial differences and the representations and images of labour in Argentina in the 20th centuiy.
