• Resumen

  El esfuerzo disciplinador del gobierno militar, surgido del golpe de estado de 1976, tuvo uno de sus ejes en el lugar de trabajo, con el propósito de eliminar las amenazas recientes y los obstáculos de más larga data al alimento de la productividad. Las prácticas disciplinarias tuvieron diverso grado de profundidad pero, en última instancia, buscaron cambiar la organización dei trabajo y aumentar la productividad del mismo. Poco después del golpe de estado reaparecieron los reclamos, las protestas y las medidas de fuerza colectivas, así como las acciones individuales, en respuesta al deterioro de los salarios reales y del empleo, y a la intensificación del trabajo. Estas acciones constituyeron un desafio al disciplinamiento. ¿Cuál fue su carácter?, ¿cuáles sus formas, su organización?, ¿quiénes lo protagonizaron?

• Abstract

  The disciplinary effort of the military government, emerged by the coup d'état have one of it hinges in the work, with the intention of destroyíng the recent raenaces and the longest date hindrance at the increment óf the productivity. The disciplináty methods had different profimdity but, in last request, they have tried to change the organízation of the work ahd increasing the productivity of it. A bit later of the coup d'état the cómplains, protests, collective measuring forcé and individual actions reappeared, in answer to the deterioraron of real wages and the job, so to the intensifícation of the work. These actions make up a challenge to the industrial discipline. What was it character? How was its organization? Who were its protagonists?
